This is a nice block of land that backs on to Bundamba Creek. For those who still like to talk in acres, it's 2.64 acres. A billabong on the neighbour's property extends on to this acreage lot.
Speaking of billabongs, they form as an offshoot from the main water course after a flood. Yep, this acreage lot floods! Unless your name is Noah and you have a penchant for building arks you probably won't be able to build on it. When we say it floods, we mean the big floods like 1974, 2011, 2022.
