About me

Bron’s extensive and diversified background in real estate and finance encompasses 20+ years which provides a strong background and wealth of expertise and experience. Having previously owned a real estate business Bron’s clients now benefit highly from her skills gained in property sales and property management and are an invaluable asset to clients.

In addition to having their family home constructed in Walloon, Bron, along with her husband and children, have relocated 11 removal houses and transformed them into masterpieces into several different council locations. The latest (and the last!!) being their family retirement home on a 2 acre property in Lowood. Bron’s keen eye to be able to visual the finished ‘product’, the ability to source materials, negotiate pricing and attending ongoing auctions to acquire ‘bargains’ has enabled her and her family to undertake amazing transformations on each property. Bron managed the family property portfolio in addition to (at that time) being the Principal of her real estate business and contracting to Rams as a Mobile Relationship Manager.

Speaking from personal buying and selling experiences Bron is a highly skilled project manager who competently juggles multiple tasks at any time whilst working to tight budgets and timeframes when undertaking restorations. She is fully aware of potential ‘issues’ that may arise and has the ability to source the issue, research for an outcome, and provide solutions and positive outcomes. These personal experiences enable Bron to be empathetic and have a high level of awareness of the emotional process surrounding buying and selling a property - whether it be the first time or the 10th time!
